This webinar is part of an ongoing support group that has been offered since March, focused on providing practical, therapeutic support for developing resilience and transforming negative core beliefs as well as spiritual guidance, for managing these challenging times.

The month of December is a time of turning inward into the Dark Mystery. In this group meeting, Lynn Marie will be offering support for awakening to the mystery of our deeper nature. The emphasis will be on connecting with the support that is always and already available within us at all times. Assistance with somatic and psychological issues will be available as needed.

In this Group meeting Lynn Marie will offer:

• Guided meditation into our deeper nature

• Satsang on relying on our deeper nature for support

• Inquiry into the issues that arise in resistance to relying on that

• Plenty of opportunity for group discussion and sharing

• Dyads for deeper sharing and support

• Practical tools for settling the nervous system and finding quiet inside
